Restore VIP Purchase

  1. Login into the app.
  2. Tap the Restore VIP Purchase option.
  3. Wait a few seconds for validation with Google Play Store.

Note: Ensure you're signed into Google Play Store with the account used to purchase VIP.

Change PIN

  1. Login into the app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Set PIN.
  4. Enter your current PIN, then tap Okay.
  5. Enter your new desired PIN, then tap Okay.

Forgotten PIN

  1. Login using biometric authentication (Face or Fingerprint).

Reset Forgotten PIN and Keep Data

  1. Follow the steps for Backup.
  2. Clear app data or reinstall Password Manager Biometric.
  3. Launch the app and set a new PIN.
  4. Follow the steps for Restore.

Backup

  1. Login into the app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Backup & Restore.
  4. Tap the Backup button.
  5. A backup file will be generated in your device folder at: Internal Storage/PasswordManager/

Multiple Ways to Transferring Backup File

  • Email
  • File storage services
  • Chat apps
  • Google Drive (Suggested)

Restore

  1. Login into the app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Backup & Restore.
  4. Tap the Restore button.
  5. Navigate to the folder containing the backup file and select it.
